F.A.Q

FAQ:

1. Q: Why there's black stripes on the printed pages?

A: Generally it's caused by that primary charger roller leaks electricity then puncturing the drum, or due to poor contact. This problem is mainly related to PCR or corona wire.

2. Q: What causes back scatter/burrs?

A: Burr refers to an excess of the edges of printed text or images due to charging problem. Backscatter means small black spots around the text or lines that are not needed. This defect can be caused when OPC drum is overheated (high sensitivity) due to poor magnetic roller coating or toner.

3. Q: Why the printouts came out without any text?

A: The developer unit is new, and the powder in the toner cartridge does not come out which results in insufficient toner supply in the developer unit. Restart the machine a few more times then it will print normally.
